Bouquet & Centrepiece - September 27th - $650

$100.00

($100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, final payment due end of August)

Join me in welcoming spring for a small intimate workshop in our garden studio. Filled with the first flush of spring blooms, Ranunculus, Anemones, Tulips, Freesia’s, Sweet Peas, September offers so many treasures, with scent and colour in abundance. I’ll share with you my techniques for creating a garden-inspired bouquet and centrepiece arrangement from flowers grown and picked from our fields.

Our day will be a very full and flower-filled one. We’ll start with a guided field tour making our way up to the studio situated at the top of the Rose field. While you enjoy a light morning tea, I’ll demonstrate how I create my bouquets, drawing inspiration from the surrounding gardens and season. Then it’s your turn, using ingredients I’ve picked earlier and of course, any extra treasure you may have spotted on our field tour.

We’ll then break for a delicious home-cooked lunch prepared by Sue aka Mum, recharging for the next half of the day.

Following lunch, I’ll teach you how I construct my centrepieces. You’ll then head out into the field and pick extra ingredients for your own arrangements. Thinking about colour and form as you wander the field, snips in hand.

Finally, we’ll have fun photographing and styling your work from the day. A special keepsake of your time spent here or to add to your work portfolio.

Class is open to all levels. Whether you are new to the floristry world or are a florist looking to learn new skills or creatively recharge for the wedding season ahead.

Investment - $650
Limited to 4 people
Time - 10:30am - 4pm or finish

Getting here - We are situated 20mins from Gisborne city, (9 Jobson Rd).
If you need any help with travel to or from the airport or accomodation recommendations please reach out as we would be more than happy to help.

Cancelation policy -

If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason you can gift/transfer your place to someone else, but unfortunately we do not offer refunds 3 weeks out from the workshop unless we can find a replacement for your spot.

If for any unforeseen reason we have to cancel the workshop you will receive a full refund.
